Refunds and Returns

We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, offering a 14-day withdrawal period. Customers can download the official Withdrawal Form (PDF) from our website. For more detailed information, please refer to our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Taxes and VAT

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) by default, with an option to view prices in US Dollars ($).

CRITICAL NOTE ON CURRENCY CONVERSION: The final amount charged to the customer’s bank card is always based on the Euro (€) price. Any display in USD is for informational purposes only, and the final USD charge may vary based on the buyer’s bank or payment processor’s exchange rate at the time of transaction.

We are VAT-exempt under both Hungarian small business tax regulations and the EU VAT small business exemption scheme. However, this exemption is not recognized or applicable in certain EU Member States, including Bulgaria, Poland, and Spain.

For EU cross-border sales, if the annual One-Stop-Shop (OSS) threshold (€10,000) is exceeded, VAT will be applied based on the buyer’s EU member state rate in compliance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC.

For non-EU exports, goods are sold VAT-free, and the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country.
