Shipping Destinations
We ship to all European Union countries except Hungary. We also deliver to the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If you don’t see your country listed during checkout, please contact us directly. We’ll be happy to find a suitable shipping solution for you.
Processing and Shipping Times
Please note that since all our products are handmade, the processing time (order preparation) varies by product. This is specified on each product page under “Estimated Delivery.” Shipping times listed here refer only to the delivery period after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
All orders are delivered directly to your home, with a tracking number included for every shipment. Reliable door-to-door service is provided for all destinations.
Due to the complex nature of international shipping, we utilize different carriers (such as Hungarian Post (MPL), Packeta, DPD, GLS, and specialized express services) based on the destination and the required delivery speed.
Please note: Only standard home delivery is available.
Delivery times vary by region:
- EU countries (except Malta) and Switzerland: 3–7 business days
- Malta: 5–10 business days
- USA, Canada, Japan, Australia, Singapore, Norway, UK: 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are fixed per country, and the cost will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION: Free standard shipping is available only for orders with a final value of €200 or more, and only for shipments delivered to European Union member states. This offer does not apply to non-EU countries.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments outside the European Union (Third Countries), customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details. Within the EU, please note that our VAT exemption is not recognized or applicable in certain EU Member States, including Bulgaria, Poland, and Spain.
Order Tracking
Registered users can track their orders on their account page under the “Orders” tab, where the tracking number and link will be provided after dispatch.
Packaging
We currently do not use environmentally friendly or recyclable packaging materials but strive to ensure all packages arrive safely.
